Artist Project Exhibitor Kit

As an exhibitor, neither you nor your staff may solicit from the aisles. Sales are not allowed during set-up, tear-down or outside show hours. All demonstrations and distribution of promotional materials must be confined to your contracted booth space. Please note that signs reading ‘Discount’, ‘Sale’ or ‘No HST’ are prohibited, and you will be asked to remove such signs from your display.

You are required to collect and remit 13% HST of the selling price of your products. Depending on your income level and business structure you may need to register for an HST number with the government. To register, or to determine if you are HST exempt, please visit Canadian Revenue Agency website, call 1-800-959-8281 or discuss with your accountant.

Please note that you must have your HST number available onsite should a customer or a tax official request to see it. 

Purchase Receipts

Please provide your customers with receipts for all artwork purchased at the show.
