Onsite Storage

Art Storage

Storing artwork behind or between booths, or anywhere on the show floor, is not permitted. It is highly recommended that you plan to include storage space in your booth or rent secured storage onsite.

Secure onsite art storage spaces are available to rent. Please note:

  • Space is limited, and storage spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis
  • The art storage area will be monitored, with limited access before, during and after show hours
  • You must check in with the storage attendant to access your space, and only the exhibitor and one staff member will be provided access
  • Ladders and dollies are not permitted in THIS storage area, all items must be hand-carried

Art Storage will be available book in early 2026!

Crate Storage

If you require onsite empty crate storage please email ArtOperations@informa.com with the dimensions of your empty crate.

Ladders and small dollies may be stored in the crate storage area and may not be brought into art storage.

Disclaimer: Informa Connect is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any product while on the premises of the venue. This includes the Art Storage area. We strongly recommend that you clearly label all items in storage with your name and booth number.
