Sunday Travel Advisory
- Please keep in mind the Sporting Life 10k will take place tomorrow morning. The race begins at 7:30am Yonge & Davisville and is scheduled to be finished around 11:30am at Lakeshore Boulevard West by Exhibition Place. The Post-Event Party is taking place at Bandshell Park (immediately West of the Better Living Centre on the Exhibition Place grounds).
- There will be a full closure of Lakeshore Boulevard between British Columbia Road and Bathurst Street between 4am and 1pm, an interactive map of road closures can be found here to help you plan your morning route. Be sure to allow yourself plenty of additional travel time.
- Should Parking Lot 854 be full upon your arrival on Sunday morning exhibitor parking passes will be valid for use in Lot 852.
Move-Out Reminders
- At show close (6:00pm Sunday May 11) event staff and security will clear the floor of attendees.
- An announcement will be made to confirm the floor is clear.
- For safety and security - DO NOT remove any artwork from your walls until the floor is cleared.
- If you have any additional support for move-out who do not have an exhibitor badge they must proceed to the Main Entrance at 6:00pm to obtain their temporary move-out sticker.
- The fair must be clear of attendees before we will approve any exhibitors to bring their vehicles into the loading area for move-out.
