Booth Design Procedure
To streamline the process and minimize confusion, we’ve introduced a Standard Lighting Plan for each booth size. Please review your assigned plan and submit your approval by February 6, 2026.
If you’d like to customize your lighting, add extra fixtures, overhead fixtures or electrical, submit your design and payment by February 6. Each booth size has a minimum lighting requirement—refer to the Standard Lighting Plan PDFs for details.
After February 6, prices for power outlets, high bay lights, additional arm lights, and walls will increase, and availability may be limited.
Checklist
✔ Review your Standard Lighting Plan for your booth size.
✔ To proceed with the standard plan, submit your approval.
✔ For additional requests or custom placement, download the Blank Booth Form, complete your design, and upload it with payment.
✔ If no preference is submitted by February 6, the standard lighting plan will be assigned.
