Off-Loading Options

Option #1: Dolly to Your Booth

You have the option to park your car in the designated off-loading area within the Better Living Centre and dolly (or hand carry) items from your vehicle to your booth.

  1. Report to the Marshalling Yard, (Lot TBD) and get a pass to drive into the Better Living Centre (note, you won’t be driving right up to your booth, only to a designated offloading area within the building).
  2. From the Marshalling Yard you will be directed to the appropriate area where you will park your vehicle.
  3. At this point unload your vehicle and dolly (or hand carry) items to your booth. Exhibitors will have 30 minutes to offload their vehicles.
  4. Once your vehicle is empty you must remove your vehicle immediately to allow fellow exhibitors to park and begin unloading. During move-in and move-out exhibitors may park in (Lot TBD) for free.

NOTE: This option is only available for personal vehicles such as cars, minivans, sport utility vehicles and pick-up trucks. Vehicles not qualified to drive onto show floor include step vans, box trucks, trailers, any commercial vehicles, or a vehicle that can fit a pallet.

Option #2: Shipping Company Delivery

If you have made prior arrangements to have your items delivered to the Better Living Centre by a shipping company, please direct your shipper to deliver to the East Loading docks of the Better Living Centre on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

When packing your artwork and other materials to be delivered to the show, please ensure your items are clearly labelled with your name, address, booth number and the company you are shipping with.

You must make arrangements with your shipper to have your items delivered to your booth. If this will require a forklift, please make these arrangements ahead of time with Stronco by completing the Material Handling Form below.

If you are not going to be onsite for the delivery, please make arrangements for the shipper to leave your crates without a signature. Artist Project staff cannot sign for any deliveries.
