Onsite Storage

Art Storage

Storing artwork behind or between booths, or anywhere on the show floor, is not permitted. It is highly recommended that you plan to include storage space in your booth or rent secured storage onsite.

Secure onsite art storage spaces are available to rent. Please note:

  • Space is limited, and storage spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis
  • The art storage area will be monitored, with limited access before, during and after show hours
  • You must check in with the storage attendant to access your space, and only the exhibitor and one staff member will be provided access
  • Ladders and dollies are not permitted in THIS storage area, all items must be hand-carried

Crate Storage

If you require onsite empty crate storage please email ArtOperations@informa.com with the dimensions of your empty crate.


Ladders and small dollies may be stored in the crate storage area and may not be brought into art storage.


Disclaimer: Informa Connect is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any product while on the premises of the Better Living Centre. This includes the Art Storage area. We strongly recommend that you clearly label all items in storage with your name and booth number.

Onsite Locations

Exhibitor Lounge

Take a break from the show floor in the exhibitor lounge (located next to booth 1039). Complimentary coffee and tea will be available; be sure to bring your own cup! Please be courteous to your fellow exhibitors and keep the lounge tidy.


Registration/Information Desk

Please visit this desk upon your initial arrival at the fair to check in and pick up your exhibitor badges. This is the best place to go during the fair if you have any questions or would like to request that a member of our team visit your booth.


Show Office

The Show Office located next to booth 1039, past the Exhibitor Lounge.


First Aid

First Aid is located on the West side of the exhibit halls next to the washrooms.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available to all exhibitors, full details will be released closer to the show.

Hardline internet can be ordered through the Better Living Centre's Exhibitor Services Portal.

Directions

Driving to the Better Living Centre
From the East
  • Take the Gardiner Expressway west to Spadina/Lake Shore Boulevard cutoff and follow the signs for Lake Shore Boulevard.
  • Take Lake Shore Boulevard to Strachan Avenue and enter via Manitoba Dr. (just north of the Princes' Gates).
  • The Better Living Centre is located just west of BMO Field.
From the West
  • Take the Gardiner Expressway east to Lake Shore Boulevard.
  • Stay on Lake Shore Blvd West.
  • There are three entrance points (at the traffic lights) to Exhibition Place from Lake Shore Boulevard - British Columbia Road, Ontario Drive and Newfoundland Drive.
  • The Better Living Centre is located just west of BMO Field.
Transit to the Better Living Centre

There are many different options for taking transit to the Better Living Centre, including:

  • 511 Bathurst Streetcar
  • 509 Harbourfront Streetcar
  • 29 Dufferin Bus
