Onsite, exhibitors will receive 2 exhibitor badges which you and your booth assistants can use to access the show from move-in until move-out. Additional badges can be purchased onsite for $50 - this includes replacing lost badges. Please contact info@theartistproject.com for more details.

If you require more than 2 badges for additional move in/move out support, temporary access badges can be provided onsite for use during move-in & move-out ONLY. These move-in sticker badges will be distributed by security at all entrances.

As an Artist Project exhibitor, we want you to invite your community to share in the experience.

Each exhibitor will receive 8 complimentary General Admission Single Entry tickets (valid with unlimited entry Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, so guests can come back as many times as they like) and 6 Opening Night Preview tickets (These tickets are valid Thursday-Sunday!).

These will be available as electronic tickets and can be distributed from their personal online ticket portal. Exhibitors will receive an email with a link to their portal and can follow the steps outlined here to send out invitations to their family, friends, or customers. Important note: tickets MUST be distributed electronically to guests and cannot be held for pick up onsite at the Show.

Exhibitors will receive an email with their ticket portal login the first week of March.
